Team System

Once a case or project is accepted by the firm, a team of lawyers is assigned to be responsible for the same, from its inception to the very end.  Cases as well as projects are handled by a working team that is headed by a partner.  The team(s) may vary in size, depending on the nature of the problem and the complexity of the case.

The members of the team are responsible for attending hearings, monitoring conferences as well as preparing, proofreading and ultimately filing the requisite pleadings and other legal documents.

The members of the team form a close working relationship between themselves and the client to ensure that the case is handled in an efficient yet effective manner.  It is our policy to involve our clients in the handling of their referrals and to communicate with them regularly about the progress of work.

Our channels of communication are kept open at all times so that a client can easily contact us whenever they feel the need.
